    We’ve had this mattress for 4 years now and love it! Only con I’d say is that it is super heavy lol. We just moved and had to carry it up a flight of stairs and yikes! But definitely the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever owned! Would recommend!

    We have had this bed for a few months now and it is life changing, and it stays cool. I recommend letting it “fluff” for a couple of days but we slept on it with no problem after 24 hours.

    I was able to sleep on it the same night. Once I was able to get it out of the extremely thick, and hard (without slicing my mattress!) plastic, I had sore hands, but I slept great on it.I worried it wouldn’t be firm enough, but it’s firm with a plush top. I recommend it.

    I needed to replace my IKEA mattress that was around 5 years old for a few reasons, primarily being that it was so soft (we had the plushest option available) it was causing some slight lower back pain when I actually slept on it longer that 4-5 hours. We also had some slight issues with the middle of the mattress being a bit of a sink hole when we both laid on it together. We’re both a tad overweight but not so much that it should sink as much as it did. As much as I loved the soft plush feeling of the bed, I thought my back would benefit from something firmer. I’d found and purchased this specific mattress while looking for something medium firm, as I didn’t want the mattress to be hard as a rock but still more supportive than what we had. The reviews were a bit mixed, with some saying it was too soft for their liking and some saying it was firmer than they’d like. I’m not an expert in mattress firmness, but as someone who owned a very plush bed prior, I felt medium firm was a pretty accurate description. Both the middle and edges of the bed seem to have good support and don’t sink. I did personally find the the bed comfortable and didn’t have trouble falling asleep at all, but my lower back pain became worse after switching to this mattress. Maybe I went to far on the firmness spectrum but I did give it a few weeks to see if my body just needed to adjust. My back pain continued but I thought for the price it was still a pretty solid mattress and ended up purchasing a 3 inch memory foam topper. It’s worked wonders. The mattress itself provides good support but the memory foam cradles my body and eliminates my back pain. I’m not sure if the perfect mattress exists for me within my limited budget, but I’m quite happy with the final outcome. I’ve only had it for 2 months now so time will tell if it holds up (and I will update my review as needed). But I think overall it was a pretty good purchase for the price.

    We moved to a new location and left behind our uncomfortable king size sleep number bed. We needed a new bed fast so I took the chance after reading all the positive and negative reviews and decided to order the 12 inch king. Although it never expanded past 10.5 inches, that is OK, because it has been a very comfortable mattress from the first night. I feel it is a great value for the price and it was delivered fast. I also purchased a king frame from amazon as well. So far after 2 months of restful nights we are still happy with this purchase. I would advise anyone wanting a 12 inch King mattress to size up and order the 14 inch.

    We purchased a twin size for my 11 to to replace a foam mattress we had for way too long. We love the mattress, and I will be transparent as possible about pros and cons and why this mattress works for us.Pro:It’s very comfortable. Somehow it feels nice on a larger, heavy adult ( at least when lounging with the preteen in his room) and the slimmer growing preteen and his younger sister. We plan switching out our daughters mattress for this one as well.The price…I mean that’s a given. I’m really impressed with the feel of this mattress for the price we paid.Coils are very supportiveIt sleeps cooler than his old memory foam. Memory foam sleeps hot to begin with but as the foam breaks down it doesn’t breathe well and really retains heat.Perfect for a guest bedroom, college student, young adult just starting on their own, or kids.ConsThe sides aren’t very reinforced, you can absolutely feel the coils if you touch the sides of the mattress. You will notice this if you sleep on the edge or sit on the edge of the mattress.I wouldn’t rely on this bed for a couple, especially considering motion isolationI also don’t think this bed would hold up long term for a higher weight adult.I’m not sure how pressure relieving this would be for someone who really needs it, so take in consideration if you have chronic pain, arthritis etc.My son hasn’t complained of any body pain since replacing the mattress, however I wouldn’t expect an adult to have the same experience. Replacing a mattress, especially one that is overdue to be replaced, will cause aches and pain. It can happen immediately after switching or you may sleep wonderfully for a few weeks after before the pain kicks in. It should go away if it meets what your body needs. Take in consideration if you are a stomach sleeper, side sleeper or back sleeper. Each sleep position requires different types of support.

    Wonderful mattress: I gave this a 4-star rating because the mattress itself has been wonderful. I have slept like a baby since using it. Mattress is thick, a little bouncier than my last but it is comfortable and good quality!Beware of delivery services: I paid extra money for delivery services (delivery, unpacking, and haul away). Upon arrival, they confirmed the haul away and took the mattress out. However, they told me that they only had details for delivery and haul away and “handed” me my mattress in the box on the porch. I immediately denied and told them that they need to deliver it to the room and unbox it. It was obvious that they were not clear on what was requested and had no documentation, so I showed them my “proof” from the app and they told me they would do it to get a “high rating”. They did not take their dirty shoes off, complained about management, talked badly about the company and staffing, then started pushing conversations regarding politics. It was very inappropriate and unnecessary (this was at 7am). Amazon needs to do better with evaluating who they hire, making sure the drivers are clear on the service orders before arrival, and respect others’ homes.

    I would call this medium soft. It’s a nice mattress for the price, it was delivered on time and didn’t have any smell after a day. It’s comfortable, but a little too soft if you like firm mattresses, the sides don’t stay up when you lean on them, they flex down easily.

    After looking at many mattresses and reviews, I chose the Ashley full-size 12 Inch Chime Mattress and I’m happy I chose that one.The mattress is soft and comfortable, which is what I was looking for in a mattress, and has good supported edges which I wanted also.Many mattresses are not made in the USA so that was another factor in choosing this mattress as this one is made in Wisconsin. Happy to find a mattress with everything I wanted and at a good price. I picked a winner. Thank you Ashley and Amazon.

    I have boughten 2 of these now and I love them! The pillow top is so comfortable! If you aren’t a huge fan of memory foam, this mattress will be perfect for you! I will continue to buy this mattress. I have one king sized one and one queen sized one. Great quality and very thick, no squeaky bed springs and looks nice!

    Received my bed last night and set it up. Be forewarned- it’s HEAVY! But once we unwrapped it and put it on the frame/boxspring(not included) it popped right up. It’s definitely got the feel of a pillow top mattress so it feels soft but also not too mushy. I would not describe it as “firm.” I slept on it last night and it was like sleeping on a cloud! I don’t know how long it will last compared to a traditional mattress, but for the price point, it’s well worth it.

    My husband and I work in a remote location at times where we have to sleep in government quarters during the work week. That means all of the furniture is old and/or uncomfortable. We finally splurged on this mattress to help with our sleep during the work week.I was worried that it would not be great at this price point, but we are very happy with this purchase! We need this mattress to only last a couple years and hope it will.So far, we are thrilled! Worth every penny!

    The description of medium firm completely depends on your body weight. I’m a large man and weigh about 275lbs. My wife weighs about 110. It’s medium firm to her but to me it’s soft.Mattress is nice and well constructed. Perfect for light people. This morning I woke up and my back was hurting. I immediately returned this one and I purchased the same foam mattress I replaced this one with.

    Easy to set up as any bed in a box. After about 2-4 hours the mattress fluffed up wonderfully and is nice and sturdy, very supportive despite the plush top. Excellent quality, can update in a few months after some wear.

    I have had the mattress for several weeks, was easy to unpack – will need at least 2 or more people for that, no smell, quick to expand. I switched from memory foam to this one due to back pain, I am prone ( belly down) sleeper, it got couple days to get used to but my back pain is gone. For me it was right mattress for reasonable price. So far no issues with quality.

    Matress is softer than I imagined as a medium firm, sitting on a metal twin frame it’s softer than I feel like it would be on a solid base platform, it’s slightly smaller than the length of a standard metal base with no box spring needed. But compared to my old bed with a matress that was from 1969, it’s wonderful
