Best quality bag I have purchased of this brand over the years. Double checked to be sure it was the correct formula as it was so fresh when I opened the bag – the expiration date is 18 months from the delivery date so Amazon stock is very good.

that being said it is a great food and there are others that cost more with less benefits. I did a previous on Mr. picky my dog lol he’s like that old cereal commercial where he doesn’t like much unless of course, I am eating something.We have three puppies someone dumped here a few months ago and my 13-year-old 69 pound dog they all love it, and I love the blend of the shredded chicken and dry along with pre-and probiotics. I normally add that to the food so I am trying without it and if it works, I’ll actually save money because what I use is not cheap but necessary for a good dog gutI also wish they had larger bags. I don’t know why they make them so odd 35 or 48 pounds.

Our lab has been on Purina Pro Plan her whole life, starting with her breeder. Since it is not sold in grocery or big box stores, Amazon is the alternative to 2 problems – paying more at the pet store, and lugging it home myself! The large bag is the best deal in town for PPP. This is definitely the best and affordable dog food. The size is nice and lasts a long time, there’s little soft pieces so not too hard for my dogs. It smells like usual dog food but my girl loves it and it has gotten rid of her random tummy issues. She’s a happy girl with this food!

My goldendoodle has a sensitive stomach and this is the best, dry food we have found for him. I love that we can use this food for our mini labradoodle as well. They love the malformed chicken chunks. We can sometimes use those as treats, which is saying something because our pups are very picky.

My miniature poodle started out as a puppy eating Purina Pro Plan Puppy food then a couple weeks after he turned one this August we started him on this (Purina Pro Plan Adult food). We had no issues with the transition from puppy to dog food and he seems to love the taste. Hence why I barely got the bag emptied into his food container before he’s immediately trying to chow down . I’ve done a ton of research and wanted something that would be healthy for my dog and help him live a long life. I feel Purina Pro is a great, wholesome choice! Definitely recommend! My dog is 19 pounds full grown. This 18-pound bag lasts for months and fills the Amazon storage container shown perfectly.

He’s a pretty picky eater. He eats all the crunchy things out of the bowl immediately and leaves the main food pieces for later. He waits the entire day to see what human scraps he’s going to get first… if not enough are forthcoming he eventually eats the rest of the food. So I call that a success.And he is a very healthy dog.

I was purchasing the larger size but just switched to the next size smaller. Our pup is only 24lbs / 1 cup a day so thinking this size will stay fresher longer.

Usps just drops in in driveway and refused to help my 71 year old disabled mother why I was at work because it decided to arrive a day early. Please only ship ups only or FedEx because they are so helpful unlike usps. The food is so good for dogs creating healthy furry babies. They just shine because of this food and they absolutely love the chicken flavor. It’s so worth the extra price. It’s arrived by FedEx every time except today. I pray you read this and I will put in delivery instructions to bring to door on every other order I make. Please abandon usps they don’t care at all.Once again you shipped usps and they just throw it on ground and walk away. I absolutely hate usps because they are no help at all, delivery to wrong address and worst of all don’t care. I love this brand of food but I insist you drop usps and ship ups or FedEx because they are so helpful and care about the customer. This is the best dog food money can buy and it creates really healthy plump dogs. My dogs always eat every last piece and stare at me hours later until I give them more hint the plump dogs. I won’t buy a different brand of dog food because they don’t eat it iv tried many different brands with this being there go to food. Must taste good, my dog goes for this every time when I put out three or four different brands in a taste test, all of them top name brands with no junk dog food in the lineup. I have done this SEVERAL times and he tastes each one, seems to like them all…..but comes back to Purina Pro Plan to finish the bowl. No kidding. So Purina must be doing something right with the smell & taste of this, both the beef and chicken varieties have my dog (a Samoyed) choosing it every time!
