    The mirror comes with a protective film/plastic. It’s hard to see and at first I thought the mirror was extremely scratched. Take the film off and you have a beautiful mirror

    Update 10/23/24: I was promptly contacted by customer service, and they remedied the issue. I am upgrading my review to four stars because of the excellent customer service.As stated by another reviewer, the anchors are absolute trash. We had to halt installation to purchase different anchors.
