    I buy this type of dog food for my dogs. It was recommended by the vet. It’s less expensive through Amazon. My dogs are a bit chunky so I give them the healthy weight.

    My dog (Wheaton Poodle) absolutely loves his food especially the salmon blend. I love that it is a high quality nutritional blend of ingredients and my fur baby can easily digest it. He is always very excited when a new bag is delivered to our door!

    My dog loves this food and seems to be thriving on it. What I do not like is delivery people who do not follow directions. I have written directions stating that deliveries should be left in back of our house by the attached garage door. There is a chair there with a big sign on it that says PLEASE LEAVE DELIVERIES AND PACKAGES HERE. Once in a while we get a delivery person who leaves a package on the front porch. Really??? They have to turn their car around in back of our house anyway, because we have a long driveway. We have a very big cemented area back there where a semi truck can even turn around and there is the chair, in plain sight. We don’t use our front door and there is no sidewalk to the porch. In back where the chair is, it is all cement and no mud. Why do some leave stuff in the front, where it is obvious we don’t use that door? This was a heavy bag of dog food and I am an old woman and did not appreciate having to carry it all the way around the house.

    Pretty smelly, you have to wash your hands after handling it but, the dog enjoys it and has no breath or stomach etc issues after a couple weeks of it. Supposedly a very healthy choice.

    Did a little variety change to Blue Buffalo. I usually use Purina One prue Instinces. My dogs enjoy it.

    I do like that this is high quality dog food for my babies. They love the taste but especially love that the pieces are very small for their small mouths. The combination of tiny bites in a large quantity bag is a big plus! Just because a dog prefers small bites doesn’t mean that they only eat 5lbs of food a month and its nice to find it in the larger bag. My dogs not only live the taste but I love that their digestive systems seem to regulate better when feeding this food and I don’t worry about their nutrition. The draw back is that this food has steadily increased in price making it hard to justify the purchase.

    Chicken is the first product, but that is not as important as it sounds. Nothing wrong with byproducts. My dogs love when I’m cleaning game. They get those byproducts. Hearts, kidneys, livers, all those tasty guts. It’s good for them, and I’m not going to eat them. I’m not knocking the dog food, but I am knocking the marketing hype on the bag. We’ve moved on to another brand.
