    I couldn’t be any happier with this mattress. It is not too soft and neither too hard. Is cool to sleep on and expanded beautifully and completely to 8″ thickness.

    This is over all a pretty decent mattress for price, there were quite a few reviews saying that it had a very strong chemical smell, so I opened the mattress with windows open fan running. However, to my surprise I did not smell any chemicals which was good. Pleasant surprise. Now the one thing I can say that I don’t like about this mattress says that it’s medium firmness, but I would say it’s a pretty firm bed more than medium… It’s actually kind of hard. I’m going to have to buy a mattress topper because it’s making my back hurt, or return the whole mattress and try to find another good deal like this. I wish zinus had the option for different firmness levels. However, looking up their website, I’m unable to find mattresses with any other firmous level other than medium..I got the cooling gel, because my boyfriend quite literally turns to soup the second he falls asleep and I can honestly say the cooling gel has helped with that

    So, I’m lucky enough to have it as a full 10- inch mattress. It’s firm but lack of back support.(very objective) I slept on it after only 24 hours.You get what you paid for, this is a mattress that you can use for up to 3-4 years with no issues.However! This brand likes to cut the mattress exactly the size of your bed frame, so if you have a queen size bed frame, and you bought a queen size mattress, you won’t tuck it in! I’m not joking, pay attention to the pictures and everyone’s review.I bought it because I really can’t find anything else that’s better, seems like these days a GOOD mattress will cost a leg and everything else is disposable.

    I’ve had this mattress for a year now. It’s the best mattress I’ve ever owned. It really does feel cold when you go to lay in it, it’s pretty firm but distributes the body weight so nicely that I feel like I’m being hugged. I love that I melt into the mattress without sinking in. I got the 8 inch and it’s so soft and comfortable I can’t stress the comfort. I fall asleep so quick because of this bed. I literally love it so much I’ll go to bed early.

    The mattress is very comfortable, however it is not quite a queen size. We purchased a queen bed frame and the frame is much bigger than the mattress. In my opinion this is more of a full than a queen.

    Received mattress and the zippered cover was off the foam mattress. With some effort I recovered the mattress and repaired the zipper on the covering. This is the second one of these mattresses I have purchased. They are very comfortable and easy to handle. I would purchase again.

    Super comfy and held it’s shape! Lightweight. I bought as a guest bed for my twin trundle bed a year or so ago, but ended up taking it downstairs one night to sleep in a quiet room in the basement away from light and noise. It was light and easy to carry downstairs. It became my favorite and I started sleeping on it regularly! Unfortunately it was just directly on the new carpeting (never meant to have this permanently down here). Then I had a plumbing back-up that soaked the new carpeting and the bed soaked up water like a giant sponge. So unfortunately, I think I have to throw it away. I have no idea how I would clean it. But I am ordering another one because I loved it so much. I hope the next one is just the same and inflates to its full form like this one did.

    I bought the Zinus 8-Inch Green Tea Cooling Memory Foam Mattress to replace a 5-inch mattress on a bunk bed for my growing kid, and it’s been a solid upgrade. The new mattress is softer, and my kid proudly says he’s been “upgraded.” The only drawback is that the mattress is a bit shy of the advertised height, and the corners didn’t fully inflate, but other than that, it’s a great product. Comfortable, supportive, and perfect for bunk beds!

    Ordered these for my day bed/trundle set. They are perfect. Only wish I ordered a 6” for the trundle. The 8” is snug under the day bed. But the mattress is so comfortable. The box it came in was manageable and once the mattress was opened it immediately began inflating! Perfect! Great purchase!

    I love it! This is a very comfortable mattress. It’s used at a part-time location, but I look forward to climbing into bed. I like it better than the mattress I usually sleep on that was way more expensive. I like a softer mattress, but I wouldn’t call it plush. It’s soft enough and supportive. I don’t wake up with any pressure points. I haven’t spent a lot of time in the same position, so I can’t speak to indents. I would recommend it for the price point!!

    Overall a great deal and pretty comfortable. I’m a side sleeper and I would prefer it to be a little more plush. For a King size mattress though it was a steal of a price. Added a pillow top on it and it is much better now.I’m 170lbs and bed has good support. Overall rating is for me it’s a little too firm.

    My husband and I slept on this mattress at an Airbnb last year, and I immediately contacted our hosts asking what kind of magical mattress they had purchased – we both had the best sleep of our lives and my husband, who often wakes up with a hurting neck or lower back, was completely pain free.When it was time to get a new mattress this year, we immediately went for this as our first choice, and we have not been disappointed. Oftentimes, we don’t feel like we don’t even need a pillow. The mattress holds your body in a way that almost makes you feel weightless – any pressure on your joints just goes away. For me, as a side sleeper, this is huge! Typically, mattresses feel like they’re fighting against my hips when I’m on my side, but this one settles just enough to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. We’re getting a lot more quality sleep, and it’s my favorite place to curl up with a book at the end of the day. 10/10 reccommend.(The only complaint I could slightly make is that it does have a tendency to ‘spit you out’ of the bed if you’re on the edge. It took a little getting used to, but doesn’t impact sleep or anything!)

    Mattess came packaged vacuum sealed in a box. It was pretty easy to unpackage and get situated. Upon opening it shaped up very quickly. Had a “new mattress” smell but I don’t notice it now (3-4 weeks post set-up).I have only slept on it a few nights now but it is soft and comfortable. It shapes to my body just enough to prevent pressure points while not feeling like I an in a pit. Also, it does not feel like it holds excess heat.Great mattress quality for the price.

    One week review sleeping for first time on memory foam mattress, let me tell you- it’s a gamechanger. My husband and I are in our mid 40s so we are not spring chickens. We both suffer from sciatic pain and severe neck issues. I had purchased a memory foam mattress for guest room and both of us were rolling dice on who could sleep on it that night. We both have SIGNIFICANTLY LESS PAIN just in one week.Setup for the Zinus was a breeze, no odor, stays cool throughout the night.     This is my third Zinus bed. The first one was thicker (possibly the 10 inch thickness) and lasted much longer. Since I’m on a budget the 8” version was better this time. It is the perfect amount of firmness for about 14-18 months and then will need a “topper” or something. If you are using it as a guest bed, it may be totally fine for several years. Very good quality for the price and I was able to drag the box myself up a flight of stairs in my apt. building when it arrived.

    I do love the mattress quality, I feel so relaxing everytime I lay down on it. However, it is missing green tea scent as I ordered. I guess they shipped which one was available at that time. My cousin recommended me to purchase this Zinus green tea, thats why I did it and a bit disappointed that I could not enjoy my favorite scent. Thanks to quality, I only cut off one star, so 4 instead of 5 stars. In brief, it is a good mattress to have for your bedtime, and its affordable price is a plus for sure .

    easy to open and set up on own. not too heavy, no odor at all. Very firm mattress. Would prob get one a tad bit softer bc it is almost too hard. I was looking for something to make being 9 months pregnant with neck/back issues more convenient to get in and out of vs our super soft squishy one in main bedroom. I put a 2 inch foam cushion topper on it which helped some. Good quality but would like something not as hard if I chose differently. I’ll still keep it- seems sturdy, no effect on my back/neck issues – doesn’t help but doesn’t make worse.

    Mattress is firm, but very comfortable memory foam type mattress. I was skeptical that it would help my back and neck issues, but I wake up in the morning much more comfortable than with typical spring mattress (that was just a few years old) I have fused cervical vertebra and herniated thoracic and lumbar vertebra, so I can evaluate a mattress from that perspective. Definitely recommend. Also, feels cool and no motion when turning over in bed.

Set up could not have been easier, and it inflated to the complete 10 inches in less than 5 hours. Directly out of the box there was one “worrisome” corner, that looked sloped, but I let it sit and didn’t try to coax it at all and it worked itself out! The firmness is perfect for my comfort level (I like a firm mattress) and I sleep great on this. There was NO smell at all! For the price point and comfort level, I will be buying twin mattresses of this brand shortly to upgrade the twin daybed trundle we have in our guest room. Do not hesitate to purchase!!!

    You can move around the bed without disturbing your partner, and it keeps you cool throughout the night. The mattress is firm all over, except at the edges, which could be due to not having the proper bed frame.
