    This dogfood works WONDERS for my German shepherd! She has itchy dry skin and constantly scratches. We can tell such a difference in how much she scratches when she is eating this food and her coat is so much shinier! Every time I attempt to feed her cheaper food my husband thinks she has fleas I tell him it’s because we bought a different brand food and he doesn’t believe me until we switch back to Purina pro sensitive skin and stomach. I highly recommend trying out this dogfood (especially if you think your dog has fleas without the evidence of fleas)

    Dogs are satisfied with less dry food and joints are happy. I put a can of chicken or tuna in and mix up. This dog casserole is overall healthier and cheaper in long run. Coats look GREAT

    We started using this brand for a dog that had food allergies. Eventually, we put all of our dogs on it and have continued to use it. While it’s not cheap, it’s less expensive than other “sensitive stomach” brands and all of our dogs like it.

    This food helped my dog be able to get the nutrients he needed from this food. I have one dog with sensitive skin and one with a sensitive stomach so it works for both. Having it delivered for cheaper than big box stores and websites through Amazon is sooooo much more convenient. Highly recommend if you’re looking for this specific mixture. It’s very hard to find in stores.

    Made the world of difference with our 2yr old basset hound. He poops solid and consistently now. Before we used a “holistic” dry food and every other poo was soft or runny. Always felt bad for him. Been using this for about 2 months and his coat is healthy, thick amd shiny and no more runny poops for my boy

    I switched from Purina One to this because my pup has a sensitive tummy and skin. He has been on it now for almost two weeks and he does not chew on his paws like before. He also seems to love the taste! I would highly recommend if your pooch is sensitive

    When wr adopted Shia at 8 weeks old, her breeder had her on the puppy version of this kibble. She is a thriving 3 yr-old Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier. I can’t forsee switching away from this Purina ProPlan product.I rely on The Dog Advisor for their unbiased reviews of dog food brands and formulas. This dog food rates highly by The Dog Advisor, which gives me some reassurance when feeding this to our beloved four-legged family member.

    I have a Pitt bull named Klank. He turned 10 a few months back. As he’s gotten older, he began having skin issues, constant ear infections, and even an issue with his rectum. Which made him miserable, obviously. He also lost energy, seemed very tired and depressed. Took him to numerous vets, until we found the right one. She recommended this food and stated he has become allergic to his regular food. After a few short weeks it was like he was 5 years old again. It is a little pricey. But, seeing him do a 360 with his health makes it so worth it!

    Warning do not buy this particular flavor from this brand! Seems like the manufacturer distributed a bad batch! We decided to switch to this flavor because we noticed our husky mix and Black Norwegian Elkhound love salmon.Day 1 they both barely touched it. Day 2, same, and by then they would have at least gobbled dinner. So even though we purchased at Petco, I decided to look on Amazon to see if other people have experienced the same thing and because someone put a 5 star review just so people would see it I was able to read their review quickly and saw pictures of worms in the food.So I decided to check their bowls and sure enough both had worms. The batch had worms and little black beetles which was exactly what I saw in other reviews.I’m so grateful it only took a couple days vs other unfortunate pet parents who took months and sick doggy’s and hundreds of $$ in vet bills to discover so I hope this helps prevent that from happening to someone else.Hopefully the manufacturer recalls the bad batch! I would have never guessed looking at the amount of good reviews and ratings on this food so hope you pay it forward and help prevent someone else from going through this in any way..word of mouth review etc.When I returned at Petco they said someone had also returned that same brand and flavor a month before me and it’s probably a bad batch out there.

    I have 2 small dogs and they are picky eaters. For years I fed them wet food and they gained weight and had loose stools. Also they were always itchy as if they had food allergies. I feed them now exclusively PPP Sensitive Skin with chicken or beef mixed in occasionally and I see a big difference. Nice coats, lost some weight and not nearly as itchy. Stool consistency greatly improved. It is a little more costly than I wish but the results are worth it.

    Four stars only because the ingredient list isn’t what I wanted for him. It’s not the most appealing first four ingredients in the kibble world. However, ingredients don’t mean anything when you have a very non-food motivated dog. Tucker really isn’t interested in any food that isn’t cheese or chicken (or an oatmeal cookie, he’s a sprinter in disguise when he hears that package crinkle!) and this is the the only kibble that he will reluctantly eat. Believe me when I say we’ve tried everything. Everything. So the vet says he’s healthy and that’s what matters, right?
