I’ve been on the product for 2 months now, faithfully taking the serving dose of 4 capsules a day. I have noticed a significant decline of hair loss so far – so that’s encouraging! I tried Nutrafol over 45 for constant hair shedding. The dosage is 4 capsules a day which was easy to digest. The problem is I have a long history of migraines prior to takin Nutrafol they were mainly under control but after a week of taking this product I had a very intense headache that lasted about 4 days.I returned this product which I regretted doing because the truth is it really stopped all my hair shedding but I could not risk any more migraines. I was wondering if there was something about the over 45 Nutrafol that triggered my migraines but I don’t really know. But I can honestly say this product works!
