    I’ve only had this mattress for a few weeks, but from the first night, it had given me the best sleep I’ve had since my wonderful old mattress hand up the ghost after 20+years. (Company that made it has gone out of business, so couldn’t replace in kind). Nothing “wrong” with my in-between mattress – it just didn’t work for me. This one does!

    This Nectar twin mattress did not disappoint. As soon as I removed the plastic outer covering, the mattress began expanding, reaching its intended size in no time – evenly and completely. It is quiet, comfortable and odorless. It has a nice outer covering, but I opted to further encase it in a mattress protector to shield it from spills, mites, and allergens and to keep it in optimal condition. 5 Stars.

    This mattress is absolutely fantastic… I mean fantastic. We got rid of what was actually a really nice pillow top mattress and decided to give this a try and we have zero regrets whatsoever. it came in a fairly large box but it was manageable. it doesn’t weigh so much that you need two people and it came in great shape without any damage whatsover. The mattress was bound up tight in plastic, cut open and let breathe a while so it could get into shape. The memory of this was really impressive. Once it was settled, first time I laid down on it I knew that I would be sleeping like a champ on this thing. It’s as good as so many other mattresses that are pretty much the same exact thing but have some big box store brand name on it and costs 5 times as much…. yet it feels just as good, if not better, than so many of those. I’m unfamiliar with this brand, but I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever with this thing… every person who has tried it has had nothing but good things to say about it. It also appears that this will be incredibly durable so I suspect we could have it for a lifetime with moderate use… Super stoked on this thing, the sleep is incredible! It breathes really well too, which is a big thing for me/us. Next up, a king size!!!

    I was a bit skeptical at first because I do not like memory foam at all, no exceptions…until I got this mattress. It has taken a bit to get used to the medium firm, but I can tell you that I fall asleep quickly now and stay asleep. I’m sleeping better than I have in years and I’m weaking up with less pain. I’m also not getting as much leg cramping, and I am grateful for that. This is an amazing mattress. It opened easily enough and expanded pretty quickly. You are going to need deep pocket fitted sheets!

    For me, this mattress provides the perfect night’s sleep. At times, I feel like Goldilocks on a quest for the perfect mattress that won’t leave me aching in the morning. Many are either too soft or too firm, but this one strikes the perfect balance with its medium-firm feel. My back feels great when I wake up in the morning. This memory foam mattress has minimized pressure points and reduced my tossing and turning throughout the night. I also like that I can’t feel when my husband shifts or gets up during the night, allowing me to enjoy uninterrupted sleep. However, I didn’t notice any cooling effect at all. The mattress arrives vacuum-sealed in a box, making setup easy. Simply slide it out of the box, place it on your bed, and cut open the plastic. It’s recommended to let it expand for a full 24 hours before sleeping on it, but I couldn’t wait and slept on it after just 12 hours. To me, it seemed fully expanded. Overall, I believe it’s an excellent mattress and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a mattress that isn’t overly soft.

    This mattress has improved our daughter’s sleep significantly. She has multiple special needs and often is uncomfortable and in pain, and it has been hard to find a mattress that was comfortable for her. She loves this mattress with its support and contouring to her body. She is often stiff in her movements and her muscles are very tight. When she gets in bed at night, you can just see her body relax and she often gives a deep sigh of pleasure.We are really happy with this mattress.     This nectar bed is phenomenal. It don’t take too long for it to form to its size and shape, about 12 hours. It is very thick for a bed in a box. It did have a slight odor to it at first, but that’s to be expected with any memory foam bed in a box product, the smell didn’t last long. Perfect height and thickness. This is probably the most comfortable mattress I have had the opportunity to lay on. I wish I had one in queen size and most likely will be saving money to buy one.These are expensive mattresses but you have to consider this an investment. They have a lifetime warranty and so you will never buy another mattress again. This bed is fantastic. I recommend it to anyone wanting the best sleep of their life. You wake up cool and well rested. No tossing and turning and no waking up hot in the middle of the night. Worth every penny.

    I’m always a little leery of buying something as important as a mattress online. But this is maybe the best bed I’ve ever had!My old mattress was only three years old.     Sets up easily and very comfortable! Have always slept on box spring mattresses my whole life. Last one being a sealy posture pedic, but kept waking up the last few months with it, was only slept on for 3.5 years. This bed was comfy, supportive the very 1st night!     It was time to upgrade kiddos mattress, so we decided to try a twin xl. We opened the box as soon as it came in and was rather surprised how quick it went inflated into shape. This is one comfortable bed, now we are going to be upgrading the rest of the beds with Nectar. 12” inch is a perfect thickness. I would say it’s mid priced, not cheap, but not ridiculously high, well worth it every penny!

    The box the mattress came in was kind of falling apart but there was no damage to the mattress. Easy to cut the plastic off of the mattress and it filled out after a few minutes. Not a terribly strong chemical smell though we aired it out a night before sleeping on it. Medium-firm, with a soft cushiony top. Definitely recommend.

    I’m super impressed with how much of a difference a mattress can make in daily life, especially when it comes to my back. I had been using a really cheap twin mattress and had back pain constantly that I just attributed to getting older, but I can already tell a difference just a week into using it as I don’t feel as broken waking up of the mornings.     Probably one of the most comfortable mattress I have slept on recently Nectar Premier 13” Twin Mattress. I am not a lightweight person, probably 225lbs and recently I was using another mattress that was purchased from Amazon last year. That mattress didn’t last long. This mattress has been great for me. Not too soft and not too extra firm, just right for my back. I could say that this is a true 13″ mattress as well. The chemical smell only lasted for 24 hrs while it sat opened before being used. It has been two weeks so I am not sure how long this mattress will last. Will update if anything changes.

    I chose the Nectar Twin XL mattress for my child, looking for something supportive, comfortable, and durable enough to grow with her.     Got this bed the other day and took some time to finally break it in, but now that it is fully broken in, the bed truly feels amazing to sleep on. I love how the bed feels so cool. I tend to sleep hot, and this bed is much cooler than my previous mattress. The mattress is just the perfect amount of soft, nothing over the top.It is very supportive, and even though it is memory foam, it was relatively easy to move around on the bed. A lot of memory foam mattresses gave me that “stuck feeling” from over-the-top contouring. My hips and shoulders are well supported, and I enjoy sleeping on this mattress.

    I already owned a Nectar bed, which I love the quality of, when I ordered this mattress by Nectar.I chose this mattress in twin XL because the bed my son uses when he comes to visit is a twin XL, and the previous mattress, which was quite old, was no longer providing adequate support for his back.We’ve only had this mattress a short while, but so far it is everything we had hoped for. The mattress is very comfortable while still providing excellent support.     I am loving this mattress! It’s firm and sleeps cool enough.I like that it’s comfortable to sit on as the sides just don’t completely collapse when you sit on it.I also like that it stays in place. My last mattress was always trying to slide off the bed every time I got up. I don’t know why but I couldn’t keep it in place. Once I got this one in place it didn’t move.It’s very supportive and doesn’t say bad where my hips are.I’m a heavy person. I don’t feel any metal in this bed. It’s a very comfortable mattress. I don’t know how long it’ll last but right now it seems great for someone who weighs 300 lbs.It never smelled funny or bad to me. It’s just been very comfortable. The first night I slept well on it.My other mattress is a Nectar. It’s held up very well long term, so I’m hoping this one will too.

    I recently received this “Nectar Classic 12” Twin XL Mattress (New Version) – Medium Firm – Contouring Memory Foam – Cooling Top Layer – Support & Pressure-Relief – Minimal Motion Transfer – 365-Night Trial & Forever Warranty” and I’ve begun referring to this as “the skinny Goldilocks mattress” because it’s not too firm, it’s not too soft – it’s just right. But it’s a Twin XL, so it’s the skinniest of the mattresses in the house. ;-)Unpacking was about what I expected – I’ve owned a couple of mattresses I ordered online in the past decade, so I knew the drill. I let it fluff up over the course of the next day, which was just fine because the bedframe was being delivered later on the day the mattress was being unpacked. I figured that should be enough time to assemble the bed and get it in place before putting the mattress on top of it for the first time and the timing worked out perfectly.This is the first twin XL I’ve ever tried, at least that I am certain of, but in the process of trying to find a frame and appropriately sized bedding, I learned that learned that “twin XL” is sometimes referred to as “dorm size,” which might be why it reminded me of the bed I had during my first year at college. It’s being set up as a guest bed, so I won’t likely sleep on it very often myself (unless I get in trouble), and aside from finding twin XL bedding (and not just TWIN bedding), it’s been pretty great. The frame I decided to use is a daybed and the setup is really ideal. When used as a couch, the mattress is so comfortable – I wish I could get my actual couch to be this firmness level.As far as quality goes, I ordered this mattress almost exclusively based on the brand. I purchased a Nectar mattress about a hear and a half ago and my sleep has been so much better that when I saw this mattress, I was already click-click-clicking to order it before I even realized it wasn’t a queen or king. Didn’t matter much to me because I already knew I liked the brand and could trust it to be a quality item. When I realized it was “twin XL,” I hesitated for only a second and then decided to move forward with a previously developed plan to swap out of some furniture in the guest room.Side benefit to picking up a twin XL is that I really appreciate knowing that if I ever decide to, I can get a second bed in the same size and I use this mattress to make up half of a king size bed. I don’t NEED a king size bed (or a second daybed) right now, but having the options is much better than not having them, right?In all, very pleased with this mattress and more than happy recommending it to others.

    This is an amazing mattress, extremely comfortable and supportive. Great edge control so you don’t feel like the cushion is folding in and rolling you off the bed. Easy to open and use, I let it expand for a day or so and it was ready to go. Nice and firm but contours just enough to your body shape. Great mattress will never go back to another brand.

It’s squishy, firm, and soft all at once!I love that it comes in a compact box, I had no problem carrying it by myself—but after unboxing this big, full, luscious mattress, I’m seriously wondering how they fit it all in that little box—it’s amazing!Anyways, this mattress made me realize how bad the old one was (I had no idea)!     Twin XL was easy for me set up . Simple to take it out of the box by myself with the box on a slant. After getting it on the bed base I unwrapped the two layers of plastic. The mattress filled with air in minutes. When I got on the bed my heart was still pounding from the mini workout of taking plastic off. I wasn’t expecting it to expand that fast though I’m sure it wasn’t fully expanded yet. I noticed there are no handles to help you maneuver the mattress into place. I feel at this price point and quality that was disappointing. Besides this it is great quality, there was no smell. the mattress is the perfect blend of firm and soft with zero squeaking when you move around. I’ve wanted a Nectar Mattress for years and I’m very happy with it. It’s my first like this. A+++ Very comfortable. 12 hours later.. I am a larger woman with rheumatoid arthritis and tinnitus in the shoulder and my hips sunk into this bed just enough and it was so comfortable.

    This is supposed to be an updated newer model of the classic. The first thing is the outer cover design has changed. It feels like the foam composition is also different. The feeling is a bit more firm and seems to have better support. The top of the cover feels very soft and smooth. Overall I would say its still a very good memory foam at a good value.

    This mattress is a good combination of firm and soft. It feels soft when I am sitting on it while watching TV or working on my laptop. It feels firm when I am laying on it to sleep. Even when I roll to the edge of the mattress, I do not feel like I will fall off. I have slept on other memory foam mattresses in the past that made me feel like I was going to roll off the side. The 12-inch depth of this mattress is really nice because most memory foam mattresses are usually only 9 or 10 inches deep. The mattress is made of high-quality material, and the twin XL size is great for one adult. If you are looking for a really firm mattress, then this mattress may not be firm enough.

    This Nectar mattress is so comfortable; truly the perfect mix of support and comfort, it says medium-firm and I think that’s an accurate assessment. The minimal motion transfer and cooling top layer are also great features of this mattress. I usually sleep a bit hot on memory foam mattresses, but this one hasn’t been bad at all so far. The mattress is nice and thick at 12” and after a day or so seems to have expanded to its full size. It comes rolled up and sealed in a box and you just open where you want it (easier than moving it later once it’s expanded) and wait the recommended day for it to fully expand before sleeping on it. I always have a hard time finding the perfect mix of support and comfort for my chronic back and neck issues and this mattress has been great so far! We got it as a guest bed, but I’ll be looking for one for the master bed next I think (and maybe sleeping on the guest bed a bit til then, lol)! I would definitely recommend this mattress; it seems worth the higher price tag. And it comes with the best 365 day trial and lifetime warranty that I’ve ever seen; hard to beat that!

    So I got this for my son’s bedroom as it’s a full size but man am I jealous! I have seen all the ads for nectar mattresses going around and so I was curious as to how well they are actually made. I’m very impressed! It was extremely easy to set up. It comes vacuum sealed in a box so all you have to do is lay it on the bed and give it time to expand. I let it expand for about 24 hours before I laid on it. It’s probably I would say a medium firm mattress. I weigh 135 lb and it felt extremely comfortable for me. It provides a lot of support for my back and my neck which is huge for me as I have joint damage. My son doesn’t want to get out of it! As I said it’s a size full and it fits perfectly on his bed frame. If you’re looking for an extremely firm mattress this isn’t it. However, it is definitely semi-firm and definitely enough to provide a great deal of support. I have purchased much more expensive mattresses in the past but this I would argue is a much better value for your money. There’s a reason why you see ads everywhere for these!

    This mattress is not medium firm, it’s straight up firm. I got this for my daughter to replace her hybrid mattress that was too firm. This mattress is more firm than the previous mattress. Keep that in mind.The mattress is well constructed. It has a smell and will need to offgass for a few weeks. The edges don’t buckle easily. There is very little motion transfer. I would not call it cooling but it doesn’t trap heat.Although not what I wanted for my daughter, the mattress does allow her to sleep easier with a lot less snoring. So far, no major complaints.

    This is a 5-star mattress. It comes rolled in a box. You must take the mattress unroll it, and lay it on a frame or other flat surface and allow it to full expand. The company recommends 24 hours.This mattress is said to be a medium-firm mattress and I would say that is correct. It is a bit firm, but that is what I like about it. Sleeping on the bed is like a dream. I have severe sciatica hip and back pain that is chronic. This bed did not eliminate the hip and back pain but it sure did help.This mattress comes with a Cooling Top Layer, and has Support & Pressure-Relief. It also comes with a 365 night warranty or trial period. Couple that with a lifetime warranty, you just cannot go wrong. I got the Twin XL and now I am looking to but a queen for the guest room.I recommend this mattress.

    This mattress replaces one was purchased just a couple years ago at a big box store. Though the previous one was still, “good”, my son has gotten to a point that he outgrew it. This Nectar classic. 12-inch mattress is fantastic. At first look I was first concerned the sheets that I have would not fit it, but they do.     Not cheap, but I looked up best bed in a box & found Nectar at the top, so I paid $500 for full size. Two very clean & capable Amazon techs delivered & set up — fast, neat, friendly. Bed inflates within minutes, could lay on it in an hour but they say wait hours. I waited about 3 hours & excellent firmness. About twelves inches of solid firmness that seems like it couldn’t have been compressed into a box . . . atop there’s four inches of body hugging supportive softness. Quite incredible for a bed in a box. I’ve got it on the floor & it’s plenty tall to push myself up into my wheelchair, just a few inches taller. Very pleased!

    Nectar mattresses are known to be good quality products, and this one is no different. It’s very comfortable. The firmness is not too much, just enough, at least for my taste. The material used seems of good quality as well.The mattress arrives in a box, which has the mattress in a vacuumed bag. Once the vacuum seal is broken, it takes a while for the mattress to fill with air and reach its absolute size/fullness. I would give at least 12 hours or so before using it the first time.

    Overall this is a sturdy and well-constructed mattress. It looks excellent, the external covering feels sturdy. Despite being memory foam, it breathes pretty well — for comparison my old mattress had a memory foam topper and I ended up having to put a cotton-shelled duck feather blanket on top of it as a topper to keep the mattress breathable. Despite this mattress being memory foam on the top this mattress breathes as well if not better than my previously feather and cotton topped old mattress cover.My only gripe is that this is not ‘medium firm.’ This mattress is firm to extra firm, despite the memory foam. You will not feel like you are on a cloud, but you will yield the benefits of a firmer mattress in the long run (better back health).

    Mattress reviews are always a bit difficult because each person will have their own preferences in comfort. This mattress has a medium feel and from my experience is accurate. The mattress looks nice and appears to be well made. Personally I don’t like beds with coils and this is one made of only foam. If you also prefer only foam then this is a great option. They have a fantastic warranty and in home trial period as well.

    I ordered this for my son’s bed. His old mattress was sagging and I noticed he tossed and turned a lot at night. I love that it arrives vacuum sealed and boxed, it was very easy to maneuver into his room where we unboxed it. We put it directly onto his frame, and it expanded quickly. We unboxed early in the morning so it would be able to expand throughout the day. After about 12 hours, we took turns laying on it and the whole family was impressed! The mattress is very supportive without being too firm and the edge support is enough to allow sitting on it. He has slept soundly on it every night since, he loves it. And as I check on him through the night, I’ve noticed his excess movements have stopped and he seems a lot more comfortable. My husband and I like this mattress so much we are planning to upgrade our own soon. I love the price, this is much more affordable than big box store mattresses and a great value for the comfort you receive. I was skeptical before ordering that anything that came out of a box could live up to big name mattresses, but I’m a huge fan now.

    For the asking price I believe this is the best memory foam mattress out there. The quality is superb, it comes very well packaged and it has no foul smell.The classic is a perfect medium firm support that feels so comfortable, this a thick mattress and it can fit in a no box bed frame without losing support. It flexes when needed for a good night sleep.It expands really quickly and gets firm but I let it rest for 3 days before day to guarantee a good shape retention. The cover is high quality as well with a nice texture and sturdy zip for easy removal. There are many generic brands out there but nectar truly excels on value with this classic edition

    Nectar is a good quality bed and this one doesn’t dissapoint. Worth noting, this does not have springs in it. You need a solid base for it. If you use the slat or bar type frames you can feel the gaps. When it’s on a solid foundation it’s nice.

    5 STARS. I was looking for a new queen mattress for my guest bedroom. This Nectar classic queen mattress fits the bill for me. It was mostly easy to take out of the box and let it expand where my old Sealy mattress was. I kept my old box-spring that I used for that mattress, since the bed is designed for a box spring to be under the mattress for height. This new mattress has a tight fit after fully expanding on the box spring in the bed. It’s snug to the foot-board and the headboard. After letting it expand, I tried out a night’s sleep on it. I gave it a full 24 hours to expand.The next day, I woke up and I felt great! My sleep score was 82 out of 100, since I track that with my smart watch. When I lay flat on the bed, it supports me very well. I’m a 5’10” 215-pound male. When I sit on the edge of the bed, it sinks my gluteus maximus in quite a bit.My guests have tried it out recently and I asked how they slept. The had a very similar experience to me. They both said that they did not want to get out of bed because of how comfortable it is.The cooling effect is not present for me when I’ve slept on it. But it does not warm me up too much either. I would recommend this mattress to a friend.I will update this review if my guests or my opinion changes.

    I got this mattress to replace an old twin mattress that was probably at least 10 – 15 years old. I was eager to try out a newer styled mattress to see how it compared to the old one.Once it was allowed to fully expand from packing, this mattress fit the frame perfectly. As you can see in my photos I am using this mattress on a frame with slats and no box springs. This offers perfect support and I don’t think a box springs set up is necessary or desirable with this style of mattress.I was worried there might be some sort of ‘new mattress’ odor to this, but I was so happy to find it was absolutely odor free.The support of this mattress is truly a medium firmness. The pillow topping it possesses does a good job of cushioning shoulders and hips for side sleepers. I like the support it gives and was immediately more comfortable on this than my old mattress.I was able to use standard twin sheets for this and the 12 inch depth is not a problem. In fact it is wonderful to have just this mattress to cover since I was using a couple of toppers on my old mattress to make it comfortable and they fought me every time I changed the sheets. This is easy to maneuver and the sheets fit is nice and smooth.Sleep on this mattress is wonderful. I did not know how much problem my old mattress was giving me. I barely roll over on this comfortable one and I wake up without any shoulder or hip discomfort even though I sleep on my side.Whatever they have constructed this from makes it the perfect sleeping temperature. I am neither too hot nor too cold.This is superior mattress and makes my twin bed very comfortable.

    I’m replacing a cheaper 14″ thick memory foam mattress with this one that I’ve had for quite some time. (probably 8 years?). That served me fine but I was never “in love” with it.I unpacked this and it expanded quickly. Fabric is considerably nicer than my previous and it expanded quickly. I waited a full 48 hours and it was pretty much at the 12″ mark.I’ve been sleeping on this for about 2 weeks now and I have considerably less back pain than I did before. I like that it is relatively firm (my preference). I’ve also noticed that it doesn’t seem to trap heat like my old mattress did. I’m sleeping much more soundly.     We recently just added a full size bedframe to our son’s room and I have been on the lookout for a mattress that will provide him some good support and good sleep at the same time. When I saw this particular mattress pop up in my feed, I knew this would make the perfect addition to his bedroom.I have a queen size Nectar mattress which I love and have had for a few years now so when I saw this new one pop up I knew my son would love it.
