I’ve purchased 3 of these office chairs and they’re great. Very comfortable, easy enough to put together. I saw multiple reviews talking about the new upgraded wheels (which don’t come with the chairs), so I emailed the company. They eagerly sent me a set of new wheels for each chair and they make a huge difference! If only they’d come with the chair to begin with. Regardless, highly recommend and definitely ask them for the new wheels separately!

I went out on a limb and tried this chair out after scouring for hours on forums and videos (cause I’m quite a nerd). I just want to say that this chair does it’s job well and I have no discomfort during long hours of reading, work and study (8+ hours). I honestly haven’t once even said I need to get up and stretch and shake out some discomfort that usually would happen in any other chair. My back feels great and the wheels glide with ease. I really enjoy it and can’t ask for anything better for the price!

I’m 5’9 270lb. Been using this chair for about a month now. I have wider than average hips and the seat is discomforting, I basically sit on the edges of the seat frame. Which is unfortunate because everything else about this chair is good. Chair has definitely made an improvement on my back. The head rest is easy to adjust and my head rests on it comfortably. The position locking is good.

The Amazon box was labeled heavy and it was. A lot of the structural metal pieces are not flimsy; this is good. This chair, based on its weight, should last a long time.I like the fact that it has both a mesh back and a mesh seat. Many office chairs on Amazon only have the mesh back. This chair should be comfortable on both places.Assembly: the instructions were more than adequate for putting the pieces together. I found the provided hex tool a bit awkward and several times were tempted to go for my rachet set or my iFixit tools.I’m glad that the instructions left you free to *NOT* install the arms of the chair. I didn’t need them and simply stored them away in case I wanted to add them at some time in the future.Unlike other office chairs, the 5 wheeled legs are not comfortable for bare feet. Keep this in mind if it applies to you.I did replace the stock office chair wheels with “The Original Roller Blade Office Chair Wheels” (from Amazon) and those were a definite upgrade. Smoother and quieter.

I ordered this office chair because I have back and shoulder injuries and work long hours at the computer in an old office chair. There are not a lot of adjustments (e.g. seat bottom tilting or moving front/back) but it has all the important features and does them well. The back support is excellent and the max chair height is higher, helpful for my new adjustable desktop which makes my computer higher even adjusted all the way down. I wish the arm height adjustment could go lower but these do allow me to move the arms up and out of the way, useful for playing the guitar. There is also a little bump where the mesh bottom has foam under it only at the front. However, this smooths out in a couple of days as the foam breaks in. The best part is the way the back can be adjusted to support firmly when upright and recline only when you want to with even support with the adjustable headrest.

This chair is quite comfortable. The back support as well as the sitting support is excellent. Of particular note is the quality of the chair. I particularly noticed it while assembling the chair. Having put together quite a few chairs in my time, this one was easy to do, but obviously built sturdily with plenty of screw in bolts. I liked the T-shaped allen wrench which was particularly useful. All-in-all, an excellent chair.
